If you think about it. In order to keep the story semi accurate, leia would have been handcuffed by stormrtroopers and brought to vader and then to her death star prison cell all while she had her beautiful naked body on display. Even during her rescue she would still be nude. It wouldn't be until she arrived at yavin when she could finally change into new clothes. That would be an interesting story to see!
